Villa Rox-Zani is a complex in Magalieskruin, Pretoria with 46 full title units with affordable levies. Villa Rox-Zani is an extreamly well self-managed Homeowners Association with a board of directors who are incredibly involved in the ongoing management, maintenance, and improvement of the complex.

The complex is managed using the guidelines as set out in the memorandum of incorporation developed over many years which includes the rules and regulations applied to ensure that the complex remains a highly sought-after investment and place to call home.

Annual general meetings ensure that all homeowners are kept up to date with the general affairs of the Homeowners Association and can actively participate in concerns, planning of future projects, rule adjustments and general comments.
